In order to avoid delays in processing your payments all outbound payments require documentation to be attached prior to the transaction being made. The documentation provided should show clear evidence of what the payment is for. i.e an invoice or contract.
If the invoice does not reflect the exact amount of the payment, a clear description should be provided of why this is the case.
Document formats for uploading that are supported are: .pdf, .jpeg and .png file formats with a size of up to 5 Mb. Max File name = 100 characters.
The maximum number of files you can attach is 25.
If for any reason you are unable to attach via the P3 App or P3 Online Portal, i.e. the supporting document is in the wrong format. You can email support@privat3money.com with the relevant supporting documentation instead.
Note: We may also require documentation for inbound transactions.
