Sending a payment with Privat 3 Money is very simple. You can do so from your Mobile App or your Web Portal.
1. Log in to your client portal or Mobile App. On the left side menu choose "Payments"
2. Choose "Bank transfer" by clicking "Create".
3. Click on the drop-down menu to choose from which account you would like to send the transaction.
4. In the beneficiary details area, choose if you will be sent to an individual or company and fill in the remaining beneficiary details accordingly. Please note that all the fields are mandatory
Depending on the payment time, you may be asked to include an intermediary bank. Please add these to the transaction instructions. If you do not have the intermediary bank details, you can ask the beneficiary of the funds, they should be able to provide them. You can also contact us for assistance support@privat3money.com
The payment description will show as a reference for the beneficiary. Here you can put eg. the invoice number.
5. After having filled out all the details click on “Next”.
The following screen will allow you to upload supporting documentation. We encourage you to always add supporting documentation like an invoice or agreement to allow for a smooth processing of your transaction.
6. The last step is the confirmation of the payment details. You can confirm the payment by entering the OTP code (one-time password received in your Mobile App) or using your Confirmation code ( a unique code you receive once on account opening).
7. Once the payment is confirmed it will be sent.
The payment will be visible in your account history once it is fully processed. If you need to cancel the payment or require an update, please contact our team support@privat3money.com
