Making a Foreign Exchange (FX) Payment
If you need to make a payment in a currency different from the one held in your account, you can easily manage this through the P3 Online Portal or P3 App.
Checking Live FX Rates
When initiating an FX transaction via the P3 Online Portal or P3 App, you’ll be able to view the live exchange rate before confirming.
Please Note:
- FX Rate Fluctuations: Exchange rates vary constantly. The rate displayed in your portal is valid for 60 seconds, after which it will refresh.
- FX Margin: An FX margin, as per your tariff, applies to all transactions according to your schedule of fees.
- After-Hours FX Margin: An additional 1% FX margin is applied outside our operational hours, in addition to your standard FX margin. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm GMT.
- Non-Reversible FX Transactions: FX transactions cannot be reversed. We advise double-checking all transaction details before confirming them.
