How to order a P3 Debit Card

You can conveniently order a P3 Debit Card, whether physical or virtual, through the P3 Online Portal or the P3 App. Follow the steps outlined below to submit your request.

Please note that for Corporate accounts, the debit card can only be ordered from the P3 Online Portal.

To order a P3 physical debit card, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Cards section in either the P3 Online Portal or P3 App.
  2. Click on Order new card
    • For P3 Online Portal: in the top-right corner of the screen, click Order new card.
    • For P3 App: in the top-left corner of the screen, click card logoScreenshot 2024-12-06 143812.png
  3. Select Debit, then choose Physical.
  4. Select the card tariff plan P3 Debit World Elite.
  5. Enter the Embossed cardholder’s name (if required) or press Skip.
  6. Choose the delivery method:
    • Select Card Delivery Express EU if you are in Europe or the UK.
    • Select Card Delivery Express Worldwide if you are outside of the EU.
  7. Provide the delivery address for the card
  8. Enter the telephone number to be associated with the card (used to send the verification code).
  9. For Corporate accounts: enter the cardholder’s information and upload a valid ID document along with a proof of address issued within the last 90 days (either a utility bill or a bank statement)
  10. Select the P3 account from which the delivery fee will be charged.
  11. For P3 Online Portal: enter the OTP code
  12. Click Order a card or Confirm to submit your request.

Please note that the currency of the card transaction is determined by the accounts linked to the P3 debit card. Shipping costs for the physical card will be pre-authorised on your account, but they will only be charged once the card is activated.

 

To order a P3 virtual debit card, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Cards section in either the P3 Online Portal or P3 App.
  2. Click on Order new card
    • For P3 Online Portal: in the top-right corner of the screen, click Order new card.
    • For P3 App: in the top-left corner of the screen, click card logo.
  3. Select Debit, then choose Virtual.
  4. Select P3 Debit World Elite.
  5. For Corporate accounts: enter the cardholder’s information and upload a valid ID document along with a proof of address issued within the last 90 days (either a utility bill or a bank statement)
  6. Select the account to be charged (there is no fee for ordering a virtual debit card)
  7. For P3 Online Portal: enter the OTP code
  8. Click Proceed to submit your request.
