P3 Virtual Debit Cards:
P3 virtual Debit Cards are automatically activated upon appearing in your P3 Online Portal. Before using it, please ensure to link a currency account by going to Settings > accessing the list of linked accounts > selecting Add New Account to choose and link the desired currency account.
P3 Physical Debit Cards:
Once you have received your P3 physical debit card, it is necessary to activate it prior to using it for transactions. The activation process is straightforward and can be completed through either the P3 online portal or the P3 mobile app. Please follow the steps below for activation:
P3 Online Portal & App:

Access the Cards Section:
- In the P3 Online Portal, navigate to the Cards section and click on the Pending tab.
- In the P3 App, open the app and select the card icon in the top left-hand corner.

Select your Card:
- Choose the relevant P3 physical debit card from the list.

Enter your PAN:
- Enter the PAN (Primary Account Number), the 16-digit number found on the back of your card, to begin the activation process.

Link your card to Currency Accounts:
- Click on the Card Settings tab or the Card Settings symbol
- Access the list of Linked accounts where you can link a new account: How to link accounts to your P3 debit card
- Please ensure to select a Master currency, which will be recognised for all transactions
- Click on the Card Settings tab or the Card Settings symbol
Once the activation request is submitted, complete the process by using your P3 physical debit card at an ATM or at a retail store via POS (Point of Sale) payment. Please refrain from changing your PIN until the activation is successfully completed.
