Your pre-paid card settings offer a variety of options to manage your card:
- View card details
- View PIN code
- Change PIN code
- Temporarily block/unblock the card
IMPORTANT: Before changing your PIN, you must have fully activated your card by doing a PIN transaction or by checking your card balance at an ATM.
How to change your card PIN-code
Web Browser Client Portal
Go to Cards → Click on your P3 Card → Go to the Card Settings tab → Select Change PIN-code → Set a new PIN-code and press Set.
Mobile App Client Portal
Go to Cards → Click on the relevant P3 Card → Go to the card Settings tab → Press the Change PIN-code Button→ Change PIN-code → Set a new PIN code → Confirm
