How do I activate my P3 Prepaid card?

With your P3 account, you have access to both virtual and physical P3 Prepaid cards. Once ordered, please follow the procedure below to activate your card and begin using it:

P3 Virtual Prepaid card

After ordering your P3 Virtual Prepaid Card and upon approval, it will promptly appear in your P3 Online Portal and P3 App, fully activated and ready for use.

P3 Physical Prepaid card

P3 Online Portal: 

Go to the cards section > Click on "Pending Activation" > Select the prepaid card you wish to activate from your P3 Online Portal >  Enter the P3 debit card’s PAN (Primary Account Number, the 16 digits on the back of the card) for activation. > Make a POS payment or a balance enquiry at an ATM using the PIN-code.
Please do not change the PIN code until the activation process is complete.

P3 App: 

1. Go to Cards > Click on the card logo in the top left-hand corner > Press activate card > Enter the P3 debit card’s PAN (Primary Account Number, the 16 digits on the back of the card) for activation. > Make a POS payment or a balance enquiry at an ATM using the PIN-code.
Please do not change the PIN code until the activation process is complete.

 

You can find your card's PIN code in the card settings by: Going to Cards → click on the P3 Card → click on the Settings icon → select View PIN-code.
 
Once the card is fully activated and if you wish to change the PIN code, you can go to the card settings following these steps: Going to Cards → click on the P3 Card → click on the Settings icon → select Change PIN-code.
