If you notice any suspicious or incorrect transaction on your P3 Prepaid card, please contact our Support Team immediately via the live chat function on the P3 Online Portal or P3 App, or email us at cardsupport@privat3money.com. Kindly provide details such as the time, amount, and currency of the transaction, and we will assist you in disputing it.
For security reasons, we recommend you to contact us as soon as you detect any suspicious activity, or if your P3 Prepaid card is lost or stolen.
In the meantime, you can always temporarily block your card from your P3 Online portal or P3 App.
