The 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) is a key security feature of your P3 account. This feature requires an OTP code (One-Time Password) in addition to your password to access your client portal. The OTP code is also used to confirm transactions.
An OTP code is an autogenerated code that is valid for a single login or transaction and is used to verify your identity. You will receive a notification with this token on your trusted device. To view the token, simply access your P3 App.
When do I need to use an OTP Code?
- This code is required to login to the P3 Client Portal if 2FA is enabled.
- The code is required when ordering a P3 Card
- The code is required when you make a payment via the P3 Online Portal.
