We are dedicated to ensuring a smooth and efficient process for opening a corporate account. To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, a set of key documents is required. These documents will help us verify your company’s identity and the individuals involved.
The required documents for opening a P3 Corporate account are:
- Company Certificate of Incorporation or equivalent
- Memorandum of Articles of Association or equivalent
- Register of Directors
- Register of Shareholders
- Business License if applicable
If there is a Corporate Director or Shareholder, please provide registers to identify individuals.
For all the authorised signatories, individual directors and shareholders with 25% or more of the ownership, we require the following:
- Valid Identification – A valid passport or national ID card.
- Proof of Address – A recent utility bill or bank statement, dated within the last 90 days.
Additional documents that may also be required for businesses:
- Ownership structure chart
- Board Resolution for authorised signatories if there are multiple directors
- Certificate of Good Standing or Incumbency (for companies older than 1 year)
- Supporting documents for clients/suppliers (invoices, contracts, draft contracts)
- Documents with supporting information about initial funding (if the first transfer will be made from an own account, a bank statement is required; if the first transfer will be made from a partner, an invoice or a contract is required)
PLEASE NOTE: The above is a guideline only and additional documentation or information may be requested during the process.
