The account from which you will want to send the transaction will depend on the currency you would like to send it in and the type of transaction (for example a Euro payment can be SWIFT or SEPA).
When you are in the "Payments" area and have chosen "Bank transfer", Simply click on the dropdown menu where it says "From Account". This will allow you to see all your accounts with their balances and which currency they contain.
If you have have multiple accounts for the same currency, you should be able to see in the account name the payment type this account supports. You can also reach out to our team if you have any questions on how best to route your payments support@privat3money.com
We advise you to always check with the beneficiary of your payments the type of payments that the beneficiary account supports.
For example: EUR
Our EUR multicurrency account (EUR MCCY) supports only SWIFT transactions in Euro (not SEPA transactions).
Our EUR SEPA account, allows you to send SEPA transactions in Euro but do not support SWIFT transactions.
Accounts labelled as EUR normally support both SEPA and SWIFT transactions.
