Which account should I use to send a transaction?

The account required to send a payment depends on the currency and the type of transaction being made (e.g. Euro payments may be processed via SEPA or SWIFT).

Within the “Payments” section, under “Bank transfer,” click on the dropdown menu labelled “From Account.” This will display your accounts along with their current balances and associated currencies.

If you hold multiple accounts in the same currency, the account name will indicate the supported payment type. If you have any questions about the best way to route your payments, feel free to contact our Support Team at support@privat3money.com.

Important Note
We recommend verifying with your payment beneficiary which types of payments their account can receive. For example:

  • EUR Accounts (Standard and Multicurrency): Supports SWIFT transactions and does not support SEPA.
  • EUR SEPA Account: Enables SEPA transactions in Euro only and does not support SWIFT transactions.
  • USD Multicurrency accounts: Supports SWIFT transactions and does not support ACH payments.
