If you are a customer of Privat 3 Money, you may submit a reimbursement claim by completing the APP Fraud reporting form or by contacting us via email at appclaims@privat3money.com.
Upon receipt of your claim, we will conduct a thorough review and liaise with the recipient bank to either recover the funds or determine your eligibility for reimbursement.
Please note that, depending on the circumstances, an excess of £100 may be applied to successful claims. In such cases, this amount will be deducted from the reimbursed sum. For instance, if you were defrauded of £350, you would receive £250 upon approval of your claim.
Our objective is to process reimbursements within five business days. However, this may extend to up to 35 business days if additional information is required from yourself, the receiving bank, or a regulatory authority, such as the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Should you be dissatisfied with the outcome of your claim and wish to raise a formal complaint, we encourage you to follow our Complaints Procedure, which provides details on how to escalate your case to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
