How will I receive my verification code?

For e-commerce transactions, the payment confirmation code will be sent to the mobile number provided at the time of your P3 Debit Card request.

If you have updated your phone number or are experiencing difficulties receiving the confirmation code, our Support Team is available to assist you. Please contact us through one of the following channels:

  • Live Chat: Accessible via the P3 Online Portal or the P3 App.
  • Email: Send your enquiry to cardsupport@privat3money.com using your registered email address.
