How to dispute a transaction on your P3 Debit Card?

If you are concerned about unauthorised transactions, we advise temporarily blocking your P3 debit card as a security measure. This can be done easily through either the P3 App or P3 Online Portal:

  1. Navigate to the Cards tab
  2. Click on the relevant P3 Debit Card
  3. Click on the Card Settings tab or the Card Settings symbol Settings Symbol.png 
  4. Choose the option Block the card

Taking these actions will help secure your account while the disputed transaction is under review.
