You can order a P3 Virtual Prepaid card or P3 Physical Prepaid card via our P3 App or P3 Online Portal.
P3 App:
P3 virtual prepaid card:
Navigate to the Cards tab > top-left corner of the screen, click the card logo > Choose Prepaid > Select P3 Virtual Prepaid card > Select the card program P3M > Select the card currency > Click Next > Choose the account to be charged (there is no fee for ordering a virtual card) > Click Confirm.
P3 physical prepaid card:
Navigate to the Cards tab > top-left corner of the screen, click the card logo > Choose Prepaid > Select P3 Physical Prepaid card > Select the card program P3M > Select the card currency > Select a delivery method > Enter the shipping address and phone number > Choose the account to be charged > Click confirm.
P3 Online Portal:
P3 virtual prepaid card:
Go to the Cards tab > Select Order new card > Choose Prepaid > Select P3 Virtual Prepaid card > Choose the card program P3M > Select the card currency > Click Next > Choose the account to be charged (there is no fee for ordering a virtual card) > Click Order card > Enter your OTP.
P3 physical prepaid card:
Go to the Cards tab > Select Order new card > Choose Prepaid > Select P3 Physical Prepaid card > Choose the card program P3M > Choose the card currency > Enter the delivery address > Select a delivery method > Choose the account to charge > Click Order card > Enter your OTP.
Once your request is submitted, the shipping cost for a P3 Physical Prepaid card will be pre-authorised on your account, but it will not be confirmed until the card has been activated.
