You can order a prepaid card via our P3 Mobile App or our P3 Client Portal.
P3 Client App:
- Virtual card: Click image above Cards tab > select click Order new card > click Pre-paid > click Virtual > select Base card program P3M > Choose the card currency > click next> choose the account to be charged (there is no fee to order a virtual card) > click Confirm
- Physical card: Click image above Cards tab > select Order new card > click Pre-Paid > click Physical > select Base card program P3M > choose the account to be charged > Choose a delivery method > Fill in the shipping address and telephone number > Select account to charge > Order new card
P3 Client Portal:
- Virtual card: Click cards tab > select click Order new card > click Pre-paid > click Virtual > select Base card program P3M > Choose the card currency > click next> choose the account to be charged (there is no fee to order a virtual card) > click Confirm
- Physical card: Click Cards tab > select Order new card > click Pre-Paid > click Physical > select Base card program P3M > choose Card currency > complete delivery address > Choose a delivery method > Select account to charge > Order card
Once you have requested the card, the shipping costs for a physical card will be pre-authorised on your account, however they will not be confirmed until the card has been authorised and sent out.

Note: You can only order a prepaid Mastercard if you have a funded current account with P3.
