If you have lost your P3 card, you should immediately contact our Cards Team using the live chat function available on your P3 Client Portal or P3 App, or by email at cardsupport@privat3money.com requesting to block your P3 card.
Please note our business hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm GMT. Outside of these hours, please contact Mastercard directly to block your card.
