I made a transfer to incorrect funding instructions. What should I do?

If you have transferred funds to incorrect funding instructions, please contact our Support Team immediately using the live chat function on the P3 Online Portal or P3 App, or by emailing support@privat3money.com.

Please provide the Transaction ID (TRID) or payment details when contacting our Support Team.

Our team will assist with amending the transaction details, or with cancelling or recalling the transaction, depending on its status. 

PLEASE NOTE: If the transfer has already been credited to the recipient’s account, we may not be able to amend or reverse the transaction.
