Once a transaction is fully processed, you may obtain a payment confirmation through your P3 Online Portal and P3 App. Please follow the instructions below to generate and download it:
P3 Online Portal:
- From the main screen, navigate to History.
- Select the relevant transaction.
- Click on the Payment Confirmation PDF button located at the bottom of the transaction details.
- The PDF file will be saved to your downloads.
P3 App:
- Go to Accounts.
- Select the account associated with the payment.
- Tap on the relevant transaction.
- Click on Download to save the confirmation.
